The purchaser and receiver of our products is of legal age. You MUST be of legal age for your where you live to order from Hippy Hut.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive products from Hippy Hut. We use a 3rd party age verification system, in accordance with federal law, to verify the age of our customers. If necessary we reserve the right to ask for identification.

All credit card billing address information you provide must match up in our address verification system (AVS) with that of the cardholder. If these do not match your order will be declined.

For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be canceled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

All fraudulent orders may be reported to the shipping addresses local authorities.

Hippy Hut pays all federal taxes on the products we sell.

We collect and remit all applicable sales tax for shipments to Pennsylvania.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with all local and state laws.

Due to the nature of internet sales, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and or limit the quantity of orders. If you feel you refusal of service or limited qualities were unnecessary. Please contact our customer support department.

Hippy Hut is not responsible for typographical or image errors on our website. We reserve the right to change our terms without notice and at anytime.
